Jim Conley started Direct Connect in 1992 after working for a computer sales & service company in downtown Cleveland. His extensive computer background goes back over 20 years while serving in the United States Army, during a time when personal computers were not affordable for business owners. Jim and his team are committed to customer service excellence and look to exceed the expectations of each customer. ![]() Sonya joined Direct Connect in 1994 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations on all levels. Sonya's computer background goes back almost 20 years and is, naturally, an experienced computer user. Though she is not a technician, she's able to assist with most customer calls for help. She also handles the telecommunications provided by Direct Connect. ![]()
Ron has been a member of the Direct Connect team since July 1996. Ron dedicates his expertise to service-related projects - such as computer upgrades, new installations and network configurations.
